Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Brevo’s business goals
  • Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process: Oversee the entire purchasing cycle, from the initial request to payment, ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Monitor software purchases and licenses by tracking the usage of software tools to ensure cost optimization related to their use
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, in collaboration with the legal department, to obtain optimized conditions
  • Analyze existing contracts to identify opportunities for cost reduction or improved conditions
  • Ensure supplier performance is regularly evaluated and meets Brevo’s standards in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
  • Establish and lead the development of Brevo’s green procurement policy, ensuring that all sourcing decisions prioritize environmental sustainability

As a Procurement analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing all purchasing activities. You will play a critical role in optimizing procurement processes, driving cost savings, and ensuring that Brevo maintains a competitive edge through effective supply chain management.

As Procurement Analyst, you will:
