As a senior procurement professional, you will be responsible for developing RFP processes, implementing sourcing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate procurement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related field or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations
  • 3+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software and tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Develop RFP process and implement
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Partner with internal IT teams on regular entitlement reviews and value analysis of IT systems
  • Work closely with management on annual budget
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to facilitate Procurement efforts
  • Ensure Procurement policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service
  • Lead negotiation of contracts and agreements with selected suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms and conditions for our organization
  • Generate purchase orders and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders
  • Track and monitor the status of orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
  • Coordinate with Legal and Information Security teams on reviewing and drafting new agreements/contracts with suppliers and vendors
  • Administer and maintain the expense-reporting platform and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Administer and maintain the travel platform and assist employees with booking travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with Facilities and Service Desk on shipping and receiving of goods and equipment as needed
  • Provide reporting and analysis of Procurement data as requested by management
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
  • Support key initiatives as defined by management
