Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to generate fresh and exciting content ideas
• Supervise pre-production and post-production, guiding projects from scripting to publishing
• Keep the team aligned with the project vision through clear communication and direction
• Review and provide feedback on scripts to enhance storytelling
• Work closely with editors, reviewing cuts and offering constructive feedback
• Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated
• Efficiently communicate with clients and subjects, ensuring their needs are met
• Track and manage the production budget effectively
• Negotiate with freelancers when needed to ensure high-quality production
• Keep task lists and the content calendar updated to stay organized
• Address any challenges that arise during pre and post-production
• Post content on social media and actively engage with our audience
