Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role such as Project Manager, Game Producer, Project Coordinator, or Product Manager
  • At least 1 year of experience in the game development industry (preferably mobile)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong project planning skills with the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in analyzing team or project performance and building effective processes to improve efficiency
  • A high level of interest and knowledge of mobile games is essential
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance game production processes, while creating new workflows to ensure efficiency across all stages of development
  • Maintain continuous communication with the production team, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality deliverables on time
  • Develop and manage detailed plans for each game update, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines within a dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brand licensors, to manage project requirements and maintain alignment with Disney’s IP guidelines
  • Provide insights and best practices around production workflows, live operations, player feedback, and overall team health
  • Analyze team performance and implement processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and resolve problems proactively
  • Ensure that project updates deliver in time within planned and agreed scope

  • Knowledge of game analysis methodologies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and incorporate insights into the project
