Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience within application development and engineering services
  • Experience with product roadmap tools and software, running product experiments, and product launches
  • Experience with UX/UI concepts and technologies
  • Experience delivering large, complex consulting engagements for enterprise clients
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with executive audiences
  • Startup environment adaptability and cross-functional teamwork
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Willingness to travel for project kick-offs and key client milestones

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer/User Research and Journey Design
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and goals
  • Conduct user research and facilitate journey design workshops to map out the customer journey
  • Use insights gathered to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer expectations
  • Design Product Roadmaps
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with customer business goals and strategic priorities
  • Set clear product objectives and metrics, and ensure that roadmaps are regularly updated to reflect evolving customer needs and market trends
  • Ongoing Product Management
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Interface with UX teams to ensure that product designs meet user needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage the backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate effective communication between UX and engineering teams to ensure alignment and address any roadblocks promptly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AWS, Agile, or related areas
  • Knowledge of Security Best Practices, Cloud Economics, Serverless technologies, container-based architecture, software development frameworks, and cloud cost optimization
  • Experience in AWS consulting with Fortune 2000 clients
