Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with developer, infrastructure or products
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
  • Customer and Partner facing experience: You’re comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversations
  • Demonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determination
  • Operational rigor: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong technical acumen: Solid understanding of security, infrastructure & cloud technologies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of high performing product managers to create a market-leading Vault product
  • Craft the product story by understanding the market landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles
  • Define the roadmap by incorporating feedback from HashiCorp Secure practitioners, ecosystem partners, engineering, marketing, and the HashiCorp vision
  • Conduct user research and customer discovery work partnering with the design team to define and review design prototypes
  • Develop JTBD and Critical User Journeys in collaboration with the Design team for targeted Personas as part of the discovery process
  • Communicate product status to partners and leadership. Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases and keep engineering informed on feature requests
  • Work closely with sales and marketing collateral to educate on the product story and features (Website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, FAQs, etc)

Benefits

  • Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training
  • $165,800 - $195,000 CAD
