Remote Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the eComm industry
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Data-driven decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
• Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring our solutions are intuitive and meet user needs
• Lead product development efforts, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch new products and features
• Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive improvement
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions
