Requirements

  • Mid-Level Product Manager : 4+ years of product management experience in technology companies, preferably in SaaS or platform environments
  • Senior Product Manager : 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platforms, and a technical background preferred
  • Proven track record of defining, prioritizing, and delivering technical product features at scale
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Ability to lead or partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders globally, with flexibility across different time zones

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for product features with varying complexity, driving innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data science to prioritize and build a dynamic product roadmap
  • Drive product discovery, ideation, and delivery through a data-driven approach, incorporating user research and experimentation
  • Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes that address real customer challenges
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to guide product vision and strategy
  • Regularly communicate progress, results, and key performance metrics across teams and stakeholders
  • Build solutions that scale, enhancing customer value delivery with each iteration, and continuously improve the product lifecycle
  • Partner with global teams, working flexibly across time zones, to execute high-impact product initiatives
