Requirements

  • First-Principle Thinker: You approach problems from their fundamental truths and build up from there
  • Curious Mind: You have an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn. User-Focused: You are always eager to spend time with potential users to understand their problems, requirements, and needs
  • Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred), with ownership from concept to launch
  • Product Adoption: You have experience addressing concerns around product adoption
  • Customer Interviews: You are comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with a deep empathy for customer workflows and pain points
  • Methodologies: You have working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development
  • Analytical Skills: You possess an analytical background, capable of driving business sense from data
  • Stakeholder Management: You can handle pressure from multiple stakeholders and have experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, and other internal & external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Strategy: Formulate strategies for various product verticals along with the KPIs. Collaborate to develop a 3-6 month product roadmap supported by qualitative and quantitative research
  • Define Product Requirements: Provide detailed product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the 'why' and 'what' aspects, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on the 'how' of implementation
  • Customer and Stakeholder Interaction: Engage extensively with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective communication to understand their needs and feedback
  • Build Consensus: Facilitate consensus across stakeholders—Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development—by clearly articulating product decisions and choices
  • Execute with Speed: Operate with agility and efficiency, ensuring rapid execution in a high-growth startup environment
  • Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among both internal and external stakeholders
