Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product strategy for your assigned solution
  • Connect the dots between product vision and strategy to new product development work for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the definition of annual outcomes and objectives for assigned solution groups
  • Contribute to and maintains a solid understanding of the product roadmap for your assigned solutions
  • Provide informal mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the product team
  • Collaborate cross functionally to help drive the success of your product
  • Act as an expert for your assigned solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned solution: User personas, Capabilities and feature set, Use cases the solution addresses, Domain your solution operates in
  • Develop a understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Be able to dive deep into supply chain processes, key metrics and best practices that relate to your assigned solutions
  • Keep up to date with technology trends and their applicability to your assigned solutions
  • Run product discovery and validation activities to make sure we are selecting the right investments to deliver maximum value for our customers
  • Create supporting documentation like business cases
  • Use data to make informed decisions on investment candidates
  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline for your assigned solutions
  • Make sure there is always ready and validate backlog of new product features and enhancements that engineering can work on
  • Ongoing prioritization of product backlog
  • Coordinate with other product groups to manage cross solution dependencies
  • Collaborate with design on product design
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical designs and release plans
  • Collaborate with engineering to maintain an effective and efficient SDLC
  • Collaborate with marketing on Go-To-Market plans, messaging and collateral to support and launch of new capabilities
  • Create supporting documentation like release notes, help desk articles and slideware
  • Train internal stakeholders on how to use newly released capabilities

JOB PURPOSE

As the Product Manager for one of our Shop Floor Solution teams at Nulogy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for one of our core offerings, which is used by hundreds of contract packaging and manufacturing customers worldwide. Serving as the voice of the customer and the market, you will play a pivotal role in identifying critical market challenges and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to develop innovative solutions that address key customer needs and drive product success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product strategy for your assigned solution
  • Connect the dots between product vision and strategy to new product development work for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the definition of annual outcomes and objectives for assigned solution groups
  • Contribute to and maintains a solid understanding of the product roadmap for your assigned solutions

Leadership & People

  • Provide informal mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the product team
  • Collaborate cross functionally to help drive the success of your product
