Remote Product Manager

Summary

Join Velotio Technologies as a Product Manager to lead product scoping, feature development, and analysis. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in building products, you will own product backlog management, drive project timelines, and report on site metrics.

Responsibilities

• Owning product scoping, timely feature development and analyzing the success of deployed features
• Drafting PRDs describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, success metrics, and ROI
• Reviewing designs, grooming them for the engineering team and ensuring product is ready to go for development
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Leading a spectrum of work within pod to drive towards the long and short term goals
• Partnering with stakeholders from Marketing, SEO, Design, Data and Engineering teams
• Owning and managing the product backlog for all updates to wordpress CMS and other suite of products
• Driving project timelines and partnering with design leads to manage scope and delivery to engineering
• Reporting on site metrics regularly and as needed for launches: performance/speed, conversion, calls, usage/traffic and user behavior, using Looker, Heap
• Building and running A/B tests for the site, reporting on metrics
• Making strategic recommendations on priorities for site updates based on impact to the user and business
• Executing Sprint ceremonies (Backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro, demos etc)
• Defining the scope and planning the execution for projects
• Overseeing QA process and executing direct hands on UAT for feature launches
• Coaching and guiding the team if/when needed
