Requirements

  • Proven experience in launching and marketing new products and features
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling benefits for users
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with product, growth, and sales teams
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the unique value propositions of new product features and services
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand user needs, identify market opportunities, and stay on top of industry trends
  • Own the launch process for new features and product updates
  • Serve as the main point of contact between marketing and product teams
  • Define KPIs for product launches and campaigns
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of product marketing efforts
  • Integrate new product features into the customer journey
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
