Responsibilities
- Define the unique value proposition of Phylloβs products and identify target markets to enhance market penetration
- Lead the coordination of all marketing efforts to support successful product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to understand needs, preferences, and pain points, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Stay informed about competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge and refine product positioning
- Craft compelling product messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop and execute the go-to-market plan to drive product awareness and adoption, working closely with sales and growth teams to implement feedback loops
- Create high-quality sales enablement content and tools, including product demos, presentations, and customer case studies, to empower the sales team
- Mentor and lead a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
