Requirements

• (Master-)Study in a MINT subject, preferably as a Quereinsteiger:in with promotion
• First projects led in data or analytics and experience working with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban
• Data knowledge including programming languages, data architectures, machine learning, etc
• Team player with high self-initiative and ability to handle a high level of responsibility
• Analytical thinking and structuring skills; experience with remote work and international teams
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Design and lead challenging data-enterprise projects to help customers unlock their data potential
• Be an impulse-giver and active team member, enriching the Data Team with new perspectives and ideas
• Bring structure to complex data projects, prioritize tasks, and make prioritization decisions
• Be a connecting element between business processes, data flows, and technology
• Prepare work results clearly, structured, and reliable, using techniques of target-group-oriented storytelling in communication
• Manage stakeholders actively and communicate continuously with customers and the internal team
