Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional programs , preferably in learning solutions, EdTech, content development, or operational consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively solve complex challenges in fast-paced environments
  • Strong project management skills , with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth
  • Experience forecasting budgets and reporting actuals , with the ability to extract insights from financial data and adjust course as needed
  • Ability to lead through influence , engaging and aligning teams across departments without formal authority
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar). While Airtable experience is not required, the ability to quickly learn new tools is essential
  • Strong communication skills , with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (content development, product, account management) and clients to align on program goals and ensure smooth execution
  • Drive operational excellence by building scalable frameworks for learning content creation, approval, and delivery
  • Navigate and thrive in ambiguity , proactively identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to address bottlenecks and challenges
  • Influence without authority , engaging and aligning stakeholders across departments to support operational and process changes
  • Develop budget forecasts and track actuals across multiple programs, identifying financial trends and providing recommendations for course correction
  • Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while balancing flexibility to adapt to specific needs
  • Analyze data to drive decisions , monitor program performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact
  • Manage resource allocation to meet competing deadlines and ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Present program updates to stakeholders , summarizing key insights, timelines, risks, and recommendations in clear, actionable reports

Your Impact

As the Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations, you will own and drive the seamless execution of our learning programs from end to end. You will be responsible for building scalable operational frameworks, leading cross-functional collaboration, and aligning stakeholders to meet both internal goals and client expectations.

This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can identify opportunities for improvement, and lead through influence across teams. You’ll oversee program timelines, budget forecasts, and reporting on actuals, ensuring all processes are optimized for growth and efficiency. As a proactive problem-solver, you will anticipate risks and resolve challenges before they impact outcomes.

This role reports directly to the VP of Learning Experience Design and works closely with content, account management, product, and external clients to deliver high-impact solutions.

A day in the life

Your expertise

  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional programs, preferably in learning solutions, EdTech, content development, or operational consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively solve complex challenges in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth.
  • Experience forecasting budgets and reporting actuals, with the ability to extract insights from financial data and adjust course as needed.
  • Ability to lead through influence, engaging and aligning teams across departments without formal authority.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar). While Airtable experience is not required, the ability to quickly learn new tools is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL are a plus but not required.

Where you are

This role is remote and can be performed from any location that is compatible with EST working hours. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.
