Summary

Join City Electrical Factors as a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of business critical programmes of work, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving impactful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering warehouse, logistics, and supply chain projects
• Strong business acumen and a complementary technology background, particularly in managing distribution centre operations
• Expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Blue Yonder is advantageous
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, consultative approach to understanding project status and next steps
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex processes and decisions effectively

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business critical programmes of work
• Coordinate with cross-functional technology and business teams to implement and optimise our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ideally with Blue Yonder but experience with any WMS is required
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, maintaining a consultative approach to gauge the current state and identify strategic next steps
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment and adoption across all levels involved in the programme
• Deliver key metrics on time, within scope, and within budget
