Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 plus years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project deliverables and establish clear milestones
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Monitor resource utilization and address any issues that may impact project progress
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address potential challenges and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and leadership including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide updates on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct reviews as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Share lessons learned and contribute to the development of project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
  • Experience working in SaaS
