Summary
Join our internship program and gain hands-on public relations experience with global brands. You'll assist with and lead projects, including building media lists, drafting pitches, and communicating with media and influencers. You'll report to a senior PR professional and work in an award-winning agency environment. The internship is a 24-hour/week commitment (ideally three 8-hour days, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from May 21, 2025, to August 8, 2025. You'll receive sponsored lunches and valuable PR experience. The ideal candidate will have an interest in PR, communications, technology, or consumer goods.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of public relations
- Interest in public relations, communications, technology or consumer electronics, and consumer goods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to effectively work in group settings
- Basic understanding of client information, including product details, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
- 24 hours/week (Ideally 3x 8-hour day, M/W/F)
- Available 5/21/2025- 8/8/2025
Responsibilities
- Research relevant media/influencer contacts and build media/influencer lists
- Assist on several client accounts across the agency
- Draft press releases and media pitches
- Pitch media/influencers and build relationships
- Conduct and compile research for competitive analysis, campaign proposals and new business proposals
- Participate in agency meetings and brainstorms
