Remote QA Tester

Summary

Join our dynamic QA testing team in Athens as a QA Tester and become part of our expanding team. You'll be responsible for understanding system specifications, creating test plans, executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and reporting issues.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong analytical skills, team and quality-oriented, keen to learn and excel
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Fluency in verbal and written English

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze system specifications – functional and non-functional requirements
• Create test plan and prepare test scenarios
• Execute manual and automated tests
• Identify defects and analyze the root cause
• Report issues using bug-tracking tools
• Document test results using test management tools
• Produce reports
• Research new testing tools and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Knowledge and experience with project management/tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira
• Experience with Selenium Webdriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven, Git
