Responsibilities

• Repurpose and distribute content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Nextdoor, and homesbyrise.com
• Create and publish community-centered content (1-2 posts weekly)
• Transform YouTube content into engaging blog posts for the website
• Manage Just Listed/Just Sold announcements with creative copywriting
• Regularly update and optimize the Google Business Profile
• Create and distribute email newsletters to engage with the community
• Source, edit, and publish engaging content for social media posts and stories
• Tag relevant community members and partners in social media posts
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
