Summary
Join our team as an exceptional Recruitment Manager! Manage the recruiting team, provide recruiting support, develop effective recruiting practices, and coach team members. You will also advise stakeholders, support program execution, maintain job postings, assist with candidate selection, and develop a strategic online presence. Accurate reporting and other assigned duties are also part of the role. This is a remote position with a specific schedule and technical requirements.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working in the talent acquisition team, 3 years of which in a leadership capacity
- Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that builds and nurtures strong relationships
- The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience investigating work matters and making rational recommendations/decisions based on findings
- The ability to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, always-changing environment
- The ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Creative problem-solving and project management skills, with an eye for detail
- A service-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to change and innovation
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work on a US time zone shift
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

Responsibilities
- Manage the Recruiting Team, along with the Recruitment Director
- Provide recruiting support for management and other departments, ensuring recruiting strategies are implemented
- Develop effective recruiting practices for volume recruiting
- Coach team members on development needs, career growth, and learning opportunities
- Provide advice and counsel to multiple stakeholders around staffing and recruitment
- Support program execution and implementation associated with people-related change initiatives and recruiting deliverables
- Maintain career and job postings on company websites and intranet
- Assist recruiters and managers with interviewing and selecting candidates for the right culture and role fit
- Develop and manage strategic online recruiting presence β ex. Indeed, OLJ, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
- Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports, while tracking recruitment acquisition statistics
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of The VA Group
