Summary
Join Care Access as a Patient Recruitment Campaigns Manager and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize local campaign outcomes for research sites nationwide. You will manage vendors, budgets, and marketing materials, ensuring all campaigns are on time and within budget. This remote position requires strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve optimal patient recruitment results and contribute to the advancement of clinical research. The role involves managing advertising campaigns, tracking budget spends, and creating content for recruitment materials. Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- 3+ year experience in campaign management
- Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology
- Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP)
- Strong relationship management; organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Strong organizational skills: Able to prioritize, delegate, direct, support, assign and follow through on assignments
- Ability to develop strategies for optimal outcomes with patient recruitment
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, and vendors
- Conducts meetings through live video and one to one interaction as needed
- Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals

Responsibilities
- Research, plan, purchase, and place advertising, considering varying budgets based on study protocols
- Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
- Execute projects to be high quality, on time and within budget
- Foster timeline development and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines are met
- Be on the forefront of targeted local, regional, and hyper-local advertising campaigns for all Care Access sites
- Manage the IRB approved patient recruitment marketing materials - ensure materials are filed and kept in an easy to access shared files
- Track campaigns and budget spends on applicable spreadsheets
- Assist Senior Manager with writing content for recruitment materials, as needed
- Work closely with Social Media Manager and Community Outreach Manager to ensure all organizations and other groups have necessary materials to help advertise for Care Access
- Conduct A/B testing series, as needed
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
