Summary
Join our client team as a detail-oriented Report Manager to create and manage key performance scorecards, conduct audits, generate operational reports, and support documentation management within the Fulfillment Department.
Requirements
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Excel, with knowledge of: Charts, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting . Functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF
- Reports Management Experience: Ability to manage and generate operational and performance reports
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for clear reporting and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Creation of Fulfillment SPP Scorecards
- Scorecard Management for all of fulfillment
- Managing overall βhealthβ of the documents
- Handling any changes/edits to the scorecards
- Management includes creating new quarters and a new document YoY
- Complete Audits as assigned: Returns, EODs, SOSs, etc
- Creation of the Fulfillment Actuals file on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create reporting as needed for the Fulfillment Department
- Create tickets in Zendesk from Tableau for SKU Inspection
- Doclink Management and Support
- Management of Fulfillment Capital Expenseβs tracking
