Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RCM or software sales with a focus on outpatient therapy or similar healthcare sectors
  • Proven success in selling RCM services to outpatient therapy practices or alternative experience
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, collections, and compliance within healthcare settings
  • Consultative sales skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and customize solutions based on client needs
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and close deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and compelling presentations

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales conversations for inbound demo and meeting requests from prospects interested in Prompt’s RCM services
  • Actively perform daily outbound efforts to attract new RCM customers, driving awareness of our offerings in the marketplace
  • Build and maintain relationships with outpatient therapy practices to understand their needs and demonstrate how Prompt’s RCM solutions can streamline their financial operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the benefits of Prompt’s RCM services, and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each practice
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline of outpatient therapy practices looking to enhance their RCM processes
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of RCM services
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in outpatient therapy and RCM to provide insights and recommendations to potential clients, positioning Prompt as a thought leader in the space
