Requirements
- 3 β 5 yearsβ experience with financial analysis, compensation planning or related field required
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and presentations skills
- Strong familiarity with Cognos 8 and SalesForce, PowerBI
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
Responsibilities
- Using PLIβs systems and resources performs high level research and data analysis to uncover opportunities and drive the business
- Provide customer utilization reports that will support account managers in taking a proactive, customized approach to growing customer accounts
- Helps mentor and develop new team members
- Manage account strategy workflow by using resources such as Salesforce and PowerBI
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams specific to business and customer needs
- Provide internal reports and deliver information to the senior management team in membership services
- Provide operational information, results, and reporting as needed to help in analysis of customer behavior along with identifying new channels, opportunities, or strategies through SQL
