Remote Sales Data Analyst

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ experience with financial analysis, compensation planning or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and presentations skills
• Strong familiarity with Cognos 8 and SalesForce, PowerBI
• Advanced MS Excel skills required

Responsibilities

• Using PLI’s systems and resources performs high level research and data analysis to uncover opportunities and drive the business
• Provide customer utilization reports that will support account managers in taking a proactive, customized approach to growing customer accounts
• Helps mentor and develop new team members
• Manage account strategy workflow by using resources such as Salesforce and PowerBI
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams specific to business and customer needs
• Provide internal reports and deliver information to the senior management team in membership services
• Provide operational information, results, and reporting as needed to help in analysis of customer behavior along with identifying new channels, opportunities, or strategies through SQL
