Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in a similar role (high volume, fast-moving, automated sales order administration)
  • Sales-savvy, experienced in administrative office work, and excellent interdepartmental and client communication
  • A service-driven attitude towards all work – ensuring we provide the best service possible, as quickly as possible, to all customers
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor orders received through our various sales platforms
  • Manual fulfillment of particular orders as appropriate
  • Liaise with Logistics department where required for shipping, or shipment information
  • Check and curate across all websites/webshops to ensure accuracy in stocks for sale and available products
  • Processing staff, partner and direct sales orders
  • Daily support tasks for Sales Operations Manager as advised
  • Carry out responsibilities in line with team training and policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shopify/NetSuite or similar systems experience
  • Good MS Office skills especially Excel
  • Good Google Suite/Workplace knowledge

What you will do:
