Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience administering a CRM environment (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proficiency in exporting, manipulating, and re-importing data within CRM systems
  • Fluency in English (the official company language)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our Sales Director to implement various sales strategies
  • Support the sales team in executing their tasks
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide support to all sales representatives
  • Generate regular reports and overviews on sales team performance and campaigns
  • Update and optimize the CRM environment and modules as needed
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to provide data for sales campaigns and to improve various processes
  • Administer user profiles and maintain high data quality - we want our database to be sparkling clean
  • Perform mass updates and track sales numbers, team performance, and commission levels
  • Communicate with CRM Support for any technical issues
  • Issue, track, and manage invoices, ensuring that they are accurate, processed quickly, and payments are made on time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write Macros in VBA
  • Basic coding skills in JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, or C#
  • Experience with API tools and development for use with CRM systems
  • Basic accounting skills

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about data management, enjoys optimizing CRM systems, and is eager to implement tailored solutions for greater efficiency of the sales team.

What is the job?

Every day you will be working on helping our sales team do their job to their maximum potential. In this role, you will need to:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with our Sales Director to implement various sales strategies

  • Support the sales team in executing their tasks.
