Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ Administrator
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including experience with CPQ
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business
  • Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities
  • Proficient Agile skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, including Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Primary system implementer and administrator for all PairSoft’s business applications systems (e.g. FreshDesk, BigTime, Asana, Zoom, Office 365, Atlassian)
  • Collects out of the box end user training and creates new end user training content where it doesn’t exist to produce training curriculum for all business application systems
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and system changes
  • Organizing users and their accesses provisioning, changes and deprovisioning
  • Organizing the service desk function for end-users, including the corporate IT ticketing system(s)
  • Participating to the compliance efforts of the corporation (e.g. SOC2 audits)
  • Helping Maintain IT asset inventories of devices, software and services
  • Developing reports out of applications
  • Tier 1 IT support items as required. Including but not limited to password resets, new hire hardware setups, and role configurations

  • Reports To: Director of Corporate IT
  • Location: Remote (India) – Candidates from Anywhere in India Can Apply
  • Job Timing: 9:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift in India, aligning with standard US working hours in MST, Daylight Saving Time Applicable)

Job Description:

This position is to serve as the Business Systems Admin. (BSA). The position will be the primary role responsible for all business applications within PairSoft. In conjunction with the Business Systems Admin., The BSA role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining corporate applications. This position will also require some Tier 1 level support of IT infrastructure and hardware. This role will also be supporting all other teams in the company who use implemented corporate applications. This position will report to the Director of Corporate IT.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, including Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Primary system implementer and administrator for all PairSoft’s business applications systems (e.g. FreshDesk, BigTime, Asana, Zoom, Office 365, Atlassian)
  • Collects out of the box end user training and creates new end user training content where it doesn’t exist to produce training curriculum for all business application systems

  • May require interacting with less familiar software tools
  • May require some off hour updating as to not disrupt the daily processes of end users

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ Administrator
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including experience with CPQ
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business
  • Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities
  • Proficient Agile skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • Strong excel/google doc skills are preferred
  • Will be required to work US Business hours

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a Practical Test followed by Verbal Rounds of Interview. Please ensure you are prepared for both components.
