Summary

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ Administrator
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including experience with CPQ
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business
  • Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities
  • Proficient Agile skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, including Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Primary system implementer and administrator for all PairSoft’s business applications systems (e.g. FreshDesk, BigTime, Asana, Zoom, Office 365, Atlassian)
  • Collects out of the box end user training and creates new end user training content where it doesn’t exist to produce training curriculum for all business application systems
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and system changes
  • Organizing users and their accesses provisioning, changes and deprovisioning
  • Organizing the service desk function for end-users, including the corporate IT ticketing system(s)
  • Participating to the compliance efforts of the corporation (e.g. SOC2 audits)
  • Helping Maintain IT asset inventories of devices, software and services
  • Developing reports out of applications
  • Tier 1 IT support items as required. Including but not limited to password resets, new hire hardware setups, and role configurations
