Remote Salesforce Project Manager

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience delivering projects in a consultant capacity
• Familiarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Comfortable with maintaining high utilization in multiple fast paced projects
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Must be fluent in English - Speak, Read, Write, and Understand

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with Neocol team resources accordingly
• Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives
• Work with other Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts
• Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes
• Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• PM Tool Experience: Salesforce and reporting capabilities, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace
• Understanding of Salesforce CPQ, data migrations, integrations required, Salesforce Billing experience
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications
