Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal position of Public Trust clearance designation
• Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent Salesforce certification is highly preferred
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via Salesforce technology
• Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce platform
• Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to executive leadership
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, including functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and other core Clouds
• Proven experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Design System (LDS), and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce architecture with focus on Security, Identity and Access Management
• Deployments & Release Management, Data Architecture, Integration with other systems, use of Middleware Solutions, etc

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and translate complex business requirements into feasible, efficient Salesforce solutions
• Lead the architecture and design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive view of our organization's strategy, processes, and information technology assets
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring it aligns with the company's future-state architecture vision
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from solution design through to deployment, and post-deployment support
• Develop technical plans and strategies with other IT leaders and conduct architectural and engineering review meetings
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Foster a culture of sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
