Summary
Join our fast-growing SaaS sales team as a Sr Account Executive - SMB, AMER to proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Leverage strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges.
Requirements
- Proven 3 -6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a an Account Executive or a similar role
- Previous experience handling AMER as a territory
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their GRC needs
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
- Represent Sprinto with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
