Requirements

  • 5-8 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network)
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Advanced Excel capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable: Train, coach, and develop team members; serve as a conduit for communication; maintain team morale; delegate tasks effectively; lead through challenging situations; participate in firm-building initiatives
  • Provide superior client service: Act as a point of contact; escalate issues; build trust; ensure client communication aligns with company standards; develop and maintain strong client relationships; achieve high client satisfaction and retention rates (NPS of 8+)
  • Perform reporting and analysis: Use data strategically; ensure accuracy in data shared with clients; draw relevant conclusions; identify trends; analyze campaigns; provide client insights and recommendations; perform sales projections; coach others in these areas
  • Develop and execute account strategies: Manage successful client programs; develop effective strategies and tactical plans; prioritize tactics; adjust goals as needed; oversee efficiencies; maximize client spend and revenue; demonstrate intellectual curiosity; pitch new campaign opportunities
  • Manage multiple campaigns: Maintain 95% ownership; prioritize tasks based on client objectives; understand client Statements of Work (SOWs); identify new opportunities; resolve issues; address goal misalignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports
