Requirements

  • 5-8 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network)
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
  • Experience in the fintech/crypto vertical
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Advanced Excel capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable: Train, coach, and develop team members; serve as a conduit for communications; maintain team morale; delegate tasks; lead through difficult situations; participate in firm-building initiatives
  • Provide superior client service; act as a point of contact; escalate issues; work with teams to ensure client trust; develop and nurture excellent client relationships
  • Use data strategically; ensure all analysis is accurate; draw relevant conclusions; identify trends; analyze campaigns; provide client insights and recommendations; perform sales projections; coach others in data analysis
  • Manage successful client programs; develop effective strategies and tactical plans; prioritize tactics; adjust goals as needed; oversee efficiencies; demonstrate intellectual curiosity; pitch new opportunities
  • Manage multiple campaigns; prioritize tasks based on client objectives; understand client SOWs; identify new opportunities; identify and resolve goal misalignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports
