Join Kalepa's Growth team as a Senior Associate and drive client success via Copilot, our SaaS platform. With 3+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles, you'll foster trust-based relationships, master Copilot, and lead client user training.

Requirements

• Based in the greater New York City area
• Have 3+ years of client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales experience
• Love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer
• Be commercially oriented and data-driven
• Be excited about bringing a world-class solution to clients to rapidly grow ARR
• Love being the customer's voice. Understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them
• Value open, frank, and respectful communication

Responsibilities

• Foster and own trust-based relationships with underwriters and executives alike
• Master Kalepa's Copilot SaaS platform
• C-level executive presentation and preparation
• Plan, execute, and lead client user training
• Leverage large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
• Lead 1:1 and group user sessions to gather feedback, educate, and ensure clients are getting the utmost value from Copilot
• Coordinate with Kalepa’s Product team to support Copilot’s growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting
