Requirements

• 6+ years of experience utilizing data to inform strategic decisions
• Comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives
• Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Help prioritize and define the team's roadmap
• Create robust analytical frameworks to refine decision-making across various initiatives
• Assist in sizing and scoping potential problems and opportunities within Instacart's systems
• Translate complex datasets into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations
• Proactively identify areas for significant impact, growth, and investment
• Engage with senior leadership and the executive team regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with and passion for working in ambiguous, unpredictable, 0-1 environments
• Experience communicating and engaging with Senior leadership and executive teams
