Remote Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join Loadsmart, a hyper-growth logistics tech company, as a Senior Business Analyst on the Shipper Solutions team. You will work with internal stakeholders and customers to identify data needs, design solutions, and lead tool development. The ideal candidate has experience in transportation or supply chain industries, data manipulation and visualization skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain industries supporting complex customers and high-volume pipeline
• Proven experience in data manipulation and visualization (Preferably: Power BI, Excel; SQL)
• Project management expertise with a focus on gathering and managing requirements
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience partnering with pre-sales team

Responsibilities

• Challenge existing processes and propose more efficient alternatives
• Develop next-gen insights from large data sets
• Create and enhance tools that visualize data in new and impactful ways
• Collaborate with a global team to understand needs and deliver meaningful solutions
• Track goals and KPIs, providing clear, data-driven performance reports
• Innovate strategies to achieve more with fewer resources
