Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
• Experience working closely with a product or growth team with some focus on onboarding, retention, experimentation, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in managing large datasets and complex data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis to extract insights that influence strategic decisions
• Develop and implement statistical models to analyze trends and customer behavior
• Identify business opportunities, connect them to customer needs, run experiments, prove outcomes, and move quickly
• Effectively communicate complex analytical insights
• Manage and oversee data-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver valuable insights
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis
