Remote Senior Financial Controller

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration
• You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in a comparable environment and have relevant experience in controlling or FP&A
• Strong analytical mindset, independent, structured, results- and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of common Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience in the consolidation software LucaNet and with Datev is an advantage
• We require business fluent English skills and bilingual/native German

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the preparation of relevant reports to senior management, investors and banks
• Introduction and/or improvement of forecasts, budget planning and reporting in close coordination with the leadership team of the respective functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales or Operations)
• Management of cost controlling and first point of contact for solving business and financial issues
• Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements and the underlying audit processes
