Requirements
- Strong skills in system management and troubleshooting across various technologies (e.g., OKTA, JAMF)
- Significant experience in IT systems engineering with a robust understanding of cloud services
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an IT engineer, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong communication and collaborative skills
- Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Workato, BetterCloud) is desirable
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage IT projects effectively
- Ability to identify trends and suggest remediation strategies to improve system performance and user experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IT systems supporting enterprise-level applications and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain IT solutions to enhance system performance and reliability
- Manage the integration of identity management solutions, such as OKTA, with our systems to enhance security and user access
- Provide expert troubleshooting for identity management and system access issues
- Utilize automation tools, such as Workato or BetterCloud, to create and manage automated workflows
- Focus on improving end-user experience through efficient system management and automation
- Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Identify trends in system performance and user behavior, and suggest and implement remediation strategies
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure system integrity and performance
- Collaborate with IT teams to align systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency
