Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS / technology sector, or within the CPG industry, or (preferably) both
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles and foster strategic relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, able to bridge the gap between different departments and align them towards common goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust strategies and approaches as the market or company priorities evolve
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans that address customer needs and opportunities, driving substantial growth within key accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the achievement of account objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, where necessary, to realize these opportunities
  • Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape future developments
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, leveraging insights to benefit key accounts and inform company strategy
