Summary

Join Packmatic's ambitious Key Account Management team as a (Senior) Key Account Manager! You will actively acquire high-potential clients from top industries, manage projects from demo to successful closure, and work closely with the SDR team. This fully remote role requires at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills (German and English), and a strategic mindset. You'll be responsible for proactive customer acquisition, needs analysis, developing individual plans, generating creative strategies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, as an Account Executive or in Account Management
  • Ability to manage a double-digit number of projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel at least once every two weeks to visit customers

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new high-potential customers from top industries
  • Manage projects from the first demo to successful completion
  • Work closely with the SDR team to obtain the best leads
  • Ensure first-class customer support and high closing rates through regular customer appointments in the DACH region
  • Continuously and proactively search for new customers
  • Convince them of our platform and our SaaS product and thus secure the best deals
  • Be the contact person for our most important prospects
  • Analyze the specific needs of potential customers
  • Develop individual plans and drive projects to completion
  • Think up creative new ways to continuously generate even more deals and share these ideas with the team
  • Ensure that all departments pull together and place great emphasis on first-class stakeholder management
  • Maintain relationships with potential customers and continuously expand them to unlock promising up- and cross-selling potential
  • Represent Packmatic externally and confidently address buyers and the management of your customers
