Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Category Directors to develop data-driven initiatives that maximize user outcomes
- Conduct in-depth analysis of category-specific data to inform the overarching strategy
- Work closely with category teams to size, prioritize, test, and execute initiatives focused on enhancing the user experience
- Collaborate with analytics teams to serve as a valuable resource for category leads
- Extract actionable insights from data to identify customer pain points and trends
- Work in tandem with analytics teams to ensure that category reporting needs are met and monitoring roadmaps are appropriately prioritized
- Act as a leader, key resource and thought partner for category teams in the execution of ad-hoc projects
- Proactively prioritize and guide the category organization in implementing the most impactful strategies
- Gather data and insights and market dynamics across key specialties and treatment conditions
- Develop and execute a data driven approach to SKU rationalization and portfolio expansion
- Organize and manage the execution and deliverables of recurring category improvement projects
