Remote Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join PolicyMe as a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of new products, develop CRO initiatives, and collaborate on problem-solving. You'll work cross-functionally to create high-fidelity designs that serve customers' needs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within a product design setting, preferably in the digital B2B2C/B2C space
• Product Development Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the product development process, from problem definition to detailed UI and visual design
• Customer Empathy: Design decisions grounded in research, including customer interviews, quantitative data, and usability testing
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous about crafting intuitive and highly polished customer experiences
• Curiosity and Learning: Lifelong learner, always seeking to improve processes, tools, and techniques
• Team Player: Prioritize the needs of customers, the team, and the company, staying humble in your approach
