Summary

Join HubSpot as a Senior Product Designer II and lead the redesign of the CRM Record, the most viewed page on the HubSpot platform. You will define the 360° Customer Profile experience, elevate system and platform design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires senior-level product thinking, systems design, visual acumen, and bold innovation. You will set visual and information architecture standards and navigate complexity with autonomy. The position offers the opportunity to work at massive scale, grow in a high-trust design organization, and drive the benchmark for CRM experiences.

Requirements

• Have exceptional visual acuity and a portfolio of crafting experiences with flawless information architecture and hierarchy
• Demonstrate mastery of systems design for platform environments—comfortable building modular solutions and customizations for complex, enterprise-wide experiences
• Excel at information architecture and visual organization—displaying and sequencing data to maximize clarity, relevance, and delight
• Bring senior-level autonomy and influence—confident negotiating, synthesizing, and setting direction among diverse (and sometimes strongly held) perspectives
• Are adept collaborators, ready to partner with cross-functional teams (product + engineering) in a dynamic, visible space
• Have a track record of shipping high-impact, beloved, and disruptive redesigns of critical surfaces at large-scale companies

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full redesign of CRM Record: Lead strategy, vision, and execution on our highest traffic UI, consolidating all customer context and activities into a single, clear, and engaging surface
• Define the 360° Customer Profile experience: Architect the unified interface that brings together every detail, interaction, and relationship for each customer
• Elevate system and platform design: Partner with fellow platform teams to standardize design, ensuring modularity, extensibility, and platform cohesiveness
• Collaborate and align at scale: Synthesize feedback and build consensus among multiple senior stakeholders—even as you bring fresh vision to a product space with significant existing context
• Innovate beyond the incremental: Champion disruptive thinking with a focus on transformative leaps (including context-driven personalization, AI-powered context, and visual clarity)—not just small tweaks
• Set visual and information architecture standards: Shape how users perceive and process information, with meticulous attention to hierarchy, aesthetics, and an unwavering eye for detail
• Navigate complexity with autonomy: Take the lead on strategic decisions in an environment with many strong opinions and legacy involvement, partnering thoughtfully with long-time contributors as you drive things forward

• Annual Cash Compensation Range: $161,500 — $258,400 USD
• In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
