Remote Senior Product Designer (Web App)

Summary

Join our team as a Sr. Product Designer – Contractor Web App and lead the design and user experience of our contractor web app, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive designs that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Lead, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a focus on web apps
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web apps
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how AI can enhance the user experience
• Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Solid communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for both our contractor web app experience, from concept to final implementation
• Develop a strong, consistent visual identity and user experience across all platforms shareable/extensible to other teams through our shared design system
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design ideas
• Work with our user research team to conduct discovery, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Partner with product and engineering to elaborate and develop the overall UX strategy
• Lead, mentor and guide more junior designers, setting design standards and best practices for the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to continuously innovate
