Remote Senior Product Designer, AI Web and Mobile Apps

Summary

Join our team as Sr. Product Designer – AI Web and Mobile Apps (remote role within Ireland) and lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps, from concept to final implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Lead, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a focus on web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, for both web and mobile form factors
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how AI can enhance the user experience
• Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Solid communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps, from concept to final implementation
• Develop a strong, consistent visual identity and user experience across all platforms shareable/extensible to other teams through our shared design system
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design ideas
• Work with our user research team to conduct discovery, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Partner with product and engineering to elaborate and develop the overall UX strategy
• Ensure AI features are designed with transparency and usability in mind, enhancing user interaction with the AI system
• Lead, mentor and guide more junior designers, setting design standards and best practices for the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to continuously innovate
