Requirements

• Set a product vision and strategy and executed on it
• Collaborated on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, UX research, analytics, and others
• Worked on a platform product team that served both internal and external customers
• Worked directly with customers to uncover their pain points and understand their needs
• Knowledge of and passion for the Data Privacy space

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for how to level up our data privacy platform in HubSpot - from collecting and managing data to monitoring and mitigating risk
• Meet with customers directly, exploring how to positively impact their day-to-day, creating KPIs for how to measure admins' efficiency
• Lead your team through uncertainty and incremental delivery, setting a compelling narrative at the company level
• Work directly with partners in Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers
