Summary

Join Smartsheet's Product Marketing Team as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Disclosure to lead the disclosure program and develop a cohesive narrative across our product and subsequent launches of features and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, customer success, or related experience; a focus on developing platform messaging
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful messaging and complex launch-related programs and strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience in creating sales content
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the One Smartsheet integrated narrative, bringing all platform capabilities into one unified lens
  • Lead the disclosure program including, coordinating with Product Marketing Managers across all GTM plans, and partnering with a diverse cross-organization team to ensure awareness and alignment in planning for key launch activities
  • Oversee the creation of disclosure materials including, roadmap decks, analyst presentations, infographics and more, to support customers in learning and adopting our products effectively
  • Gather and analyze feedback from internal teams and customers to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to disclosure processes and its assets
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, analyst relations, public relations, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective disclosure program
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to disclosure, such as power of voice, customer perception, analyst perception, internal stakeholder satisfaction and more, and report on these metrics to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement best practices for the program and its assets, staying current with feedback and industry trends to continuously enhance the effectiveness
