Responsibilities

• Manage multiple hand-offs
• Liaise between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams
• Recommend and implement processes to increase team efficiencies and streamline processes and tools
• Design, organize, and administer document/information for the project to enable easy and just-in-time access
• Collaborate and proactively monitor project workstreams and dive into deliverables, risks, and timelines
• Draft and produce project communications, including reports and presentations
• Organize and support key project meetings and create and circulate agendas
• Document, assign, and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on actions
• Manage daily execution and administration of discrete program elements and create project plans to achieve competing objectives
• Monitor team rosters and expenses
• Remain current on technical and professional information
