Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years consultative in business operations, technical services, or product development with at least 2 year project management experience
- At least 2 years of project management experience in a corporate role, working on the tactical execution of strategic initiatives
- Ownership, accountability, and impact driven, with a 100/0 mindset - 100% accountable and 0 excuses
- Proven track record of delivering complex and high-impact projects on time, on budget, and on scope
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and ability to apply them to different types of projects and contexts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Highly analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills, and ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
- Passionate, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Refine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, and communicate them clearly to all project stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, and track and report on project progress, issues, and risks
- Drive project success by orchestrating project meetings, workshops, presentations, and reviews, capturing and pursuing action items and decisions to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Identify and manage project dependencies, assumptions, and constraints, and escalate issues and risks as appropriate
- Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant standards, policies, and best practices
- Conduct project evaluation and lessons learned, and capture and share project knowledge and best practices
